Vero Beach attorney David M. Carter has been named Best Lawyers’ 2027 “Lawyer of the Year” for Personal Injury Litigation in the Orlando Region. This is the third time he has received the top lawyer award in his field. It also places him in rare company among attorneys from Indian River County.
